- ¾ lb beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced
- 2 medium bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow), sliced into strips
- 1 large onion, sliced into thin half-moons
- 6 oz provolone or cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
