Ingredients
- 2 pieces (about 1.25 inches thick, 8 oz each) lamb leg steaks
- 4 links Italian sausages
- 4 cloves, smashed garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp combined, chopped fresh thyme and rosemary
- ½ lemon, halved lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 450°F. Pat lamb steaks dry with paper towels.

Arrange sausages, lamb, and smashed garlic on a sheet pan. Drizzle everything with olive oil.
