Ingredients

  • 2 pieces (about 1.25 inches thick, 8 oz each) lamb leg steaks
  • 4 links Italian sausages
  • 4 cloves, smashed garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp combined, chopped fresh thyme and rosemary
  • ½ lemon, halved lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Pat lamb steaks dry with paper towels.

    Arrange sausages, lamb, and smashed garlic on a sheet pan. Drizzle everything with olive oil.

    Season lamb and sausages generously with salt, pepper, and chopped herbs. Squeeze lemon juice over top.

    Roast uncovered for 12–14 minutes until lamb reaches 130°F internal temp and sausages are cooked through.

    Rest on the pan for 2 minutes, then transfer to plates and spoon pan juices over the top.
