- 4 pieces pita or naan flatbread
- 300 g ground beef
- ½ medium onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 whole lemon
- 200 ml ayran or yogurt drink

Heat a sheet pan in a 425°F oven for 2 minutes while you mix beef, onion, tomato paste, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
