Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs beef short ribs (flanken or galbi cut, 1/4-inch thick)
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black)

Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl until sugar dissolves.

Arrange short ribs on a sheet pan in a single layer, bone-side down.
