Ingredients
- 1 lb new potatoes, halved
- 1.25 lb cod or halibut fillets, 1-inch thick
- ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup white wine or fish stock
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh dill or parsley, chopped

Toss potatoes with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil on a sheet pan. Roast at 400°F for 10 minutes until they start to soften.

Pat cod dry and season with salt and pepper. Move potatoes to the pan edges and nestle cod in the center.

Pour cream and white wine around the fish. Dot everything with butter. Scatter shrimp around the pan.

Bake at 400°F for 12–14 minutes until cod is opaque, shrimp are pink, and sauce bubbles at the edges.

Remove from oven. Scatter fresh dill over the top and serve straight from the pan with crusty bread.
