Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 sheets (about 8 oz) puff pastry sheets (thawed)
  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • ¾ cup green olives, pitted and halved
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ medium onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp jarred piquant pepper sauce (malagueta or similar)
  • 1 large egg (for brush)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Mix rotisserie chicken, hard-boiled eggs, olives, minced onion, and pepper sauce in a bowl until combined.

    Lay one puff pastry sheet on the parchment. Spoon filling down the center, leaving 1-inch borders on all sides.

    Top with the second pastry sheet. Press edges firmly to seal, then crimp with a fork for visual appeal.

    Brush the top with melted butter mixed with beaten egg. Score lightly with a knife for presentation.
