Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp each salt and pepper
- 4 pieces pita bread
- 1 set tzatziki, tomato, red onion (for serving)
