Ingredients

  • 8 oz soba noodles
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced thin
  • 3 whole scallions, sliced

Instructions
