Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1.5 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 4 cups napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks celery stalks, sliced on the bias
  • ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil

Instructions

    Whisk sesame oil, rice vinegar, and ginger in a small bowl. Set the dressing aside.

    Toss cabbage and celery in a large bowl with the dressing until well coated. Set aside.

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers, about 60 seconds.
