Ingredients
- 8 oz soba noodles
- 1 cup frozen edamame
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Boil water in a pot. Add soba noodles and cook until just tender, about 4 minutes.
