Ingredients
- 8 oz soba noodles
- 2 tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 clove garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 medium carrots, julienned or thinly shredded
