Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds and scallions (sliced), for garnish

Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and ginger in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, ~90 seconds.

Add chicken pieces and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, ~8 minutes.
