Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds and scallions (sliced), for garnish

Instructions

    Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and ginger in a small bowl. Set aside.

    Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, ~90 seconds.

    Add chicken pieces and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, ~8 minutes.

    Pour sauce into the skillet and toss to coat. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, ~2 minutes.

    Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.
