Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp honey
- 200 g Maria or digestive biscuits
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Fold in sweetened condensed milk, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and combined.

Break biscuits into a bowl and crush coarsely with your hands into uneven crumbs.

Drizzle melted butter over crumbs and toss until evenly moistened.
