Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 200 g Maria or digestive biscuits
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

    Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 2–3 minutes with an electric mixer.

    Fold in sweetened condensed milk, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and combined.

    Break biscuits into a bowl and crush coarsely with your hands into uneven crumbs.

    Drizzle melted butter over crumbs and toss until evenly moistened.

    In a shallow dish or individual glasses, spread half the cream mixture as the base layer.

    Scatter all the buttered crumbs over the cream in an even layer.

    Top with the remaining cream mixture, smoothing the surface.
