Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- ¾ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp chili oil or sriracha
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 to taste salt and pepper

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, ~90 seconds.

Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant, stirring constantly.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook 90 seconds per side without moving. Shrimp should turn opaque pink.
