Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen french fries
  • 4 links smoked sausages
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spread the 1 pound frozen fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.

  2. 2

While the fries bake, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the 4 sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and heated through, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. 3

When the fries are done, season them with 0.5 teaspoon salt and 0.25 teaspoon black pepper. Serve the sausages alongside the fries with your favorite condiments like ketchup or mustard.

  4. 4

For extra flavor, sprinkle the fries with paprika or garlic powder before serving if you have them.
