Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp butter
- ½ cup dulce de leche or salted caramel sauce
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp fleur de sel or sea salt
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring between pulses, until completely smooth.

Spoon 1 tsp melted chocolate into each cup of a mini muffin tin, using the back of a spoon to coat the sides halfway up.

Drop 0.5 tsp dulce de leche into the center of each chocolate cup.

Top each cup with another tsp melted chocolate, covering the caramel completely.

Freeze for 3–4 minutes until set.

Pop bites out of the tin. Dust with cocoa powder and a tiny pinch of sea salt. Serve cold or at room temperature.
