Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- 1 whole jalapeño, seeded
- ⅓ cup fresh cilantro, packed
- ¼ medium onion white onion, quartered
- 1 whole lime, juiced
- ½ tsp salt
