Ingredients
- 2 tails (6–8 oz each) lobster tails, halved lengthwise
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 1 can (14 oz) canned crushed tomatoes
- 0.1 oz (generous pinch, ~20 threads) saffron threads
- ½ loaf baguette, sliced 1-inch thick
- 1 whole lemon, cut into wedges

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, ~90 seconds.

Sear lobster tails shell-side down for 3 minutes until golden; flip and cook 2 min more. Transfer to a plate.

Pour in crushed tomatoes, 1 cup water, saffron pinch, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a gentle boil.

Add shrimp and mussels. Simmer 4 minutes until shrimp turns pink and mussel shells open; discard any unopened.

Return lobster tails to the skillet, shell-side up. Toast baguette slices on a separate skillet 90 seconds per side; rub with minced garlic.
