Ingredients
- 1 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls)
- 1 medium, boiled and mashed potato
- ½ cup, coarsely crushed roasted peanuts
- 1 finely chopped green chili
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup, for frying oil

Rinse the 1 cup sabudana and soak in 1 cup water for 4 hours or overnight until soft. Drain well.

In a bowl, mix the soaked sabudana, 1 mashed potato, 0.5 cup crushed peanuts, 1 chopped green chili, and 0.5 tsp salt until a dough forms.

Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2 inches wide and 0.5 inch thick.

Heat 0.5 cup oil in a skillet over medium-high. Fry the patties in batches until golden and crisp, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
