Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup total toppings (chopped chocolate, granola, fresh berries, or sprinkles)
- 1 tbsp butter
- ⅛ tsp salt
