Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat the 1.5 lb pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp black pepper.

  3. 3

Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin, pressing to adhere.

  4. 4

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork until browned on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  5. 5

Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, about 15-20 minutes.

  6. 6

Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
