Ingredients
- 3.5 lbs pork ribs (3–4 lbs)
- 6 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 tbsp caraway seeds
- 1.5 tsp coarse salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
