Ingredients

  • 3.5 lbs pork ribs (3–4 lbs)
  • 6 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1.5 tbsp caraway seeds
  • 1.5 tsp coarse salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat ribs dry on both sides with paper towels.

    Combine minced garlic, caraway seeds, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

    Rub both sides of the ribs evenly with olive oil, then coat thoroughly with garlic-caraway mixture.

    Arrange ribs bone-side down on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer.

    Roast for 35–40 minutes until edges are deeply browned and meat is tender when pierced.

    Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve hot with pan drippings spooned over top.
