- 1.5 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups whole milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ½ cup red currants
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a medium saucepan, combine the 1.5 cups cooked rice, 2 cups milk, and 0.25 cup sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot and slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
