Ingredients

  • 2 bags hibiscus tea bags (or 2 tbsp loose hibiscus)
  • 1.5 cups hot water
  • ¾ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

    Steep hibiscus tea bags in hot water for 3 minutes until the liquid is deep magenta.

    Remove tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature, about 2 minutes.

    Mash half the raspberries with the honey in a glass or shaker until juicy.

    Pour cooled hibiscus tea over the raspberry-honey mixture.

    Stir well, add ice, and top with remaining fresh raspberries.
