Ingredients
- 2 packs ramyeon noodles (instant Korean ramen)
- 4 cups water
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes) or chili crisp
- 4 slices gimbap (Korean kimbap rolls), sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce

Bring water to a rolling boil in a medium pot. Add both noodle packs and their flavor packets.

Crack both eggs directly into the broth. Stir gently so yolks stay intact and whites cook, about 3 minutes.
