Ingredients

  • 2 packs ramyeon noodles (instant Korean ramen)
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes) or chili crisp
  • 4 slices gimbap (Korean kimbap rolls), sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

    Bring water to a rolling boil in a medium pot. Add both noodle packs and their flavor packets.

    Crack both eggs directly into the broth. Stir gently so yolks stay intact and whites cook, about 3 minutes.

    Stir in gochugaru until the broth turns deep red and fragrant, about 30 seconds.

    Pour the entire pot into a bowl. Top with sliced gimbap arranged alongside the noodles.

    Serve with soy sauce on the side for dipping. Eat immediately while steam rises.
