Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 blocks ramyeon noodles (2 blocks)
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 whole eggs

Instructions

    Bring water to a boil in a medium pot over high heat.

    Add noodle blocks and stir to separate them. Boil for 3 minutes until noodles soften.

    Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil until fully dissolved and broth turns red.

    Crack both eggs directly into the pot. Cover and simmer 2 minutes until whites set but yolks still jiggle.

    Pour into bowls. Serve immediately while broth is still steaming.
