Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas), chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
