Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 14-oz can canned diced tomatoes with juice
- 3 cups chicken or seafood broth
- 1.5 cups frozen okra, sliced
- 1.5 lbs shrimp and lump crab meat, mixed

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.
