Ingredients
- 1.5 cups cottage cheese (or ricotta)
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 8 sheets phyllo dough sheets (thawed)
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
