Ingredients

  • 1 whole French baguette or crusty roll
  • 3 oz pâté (liver or vegetable)
  • ¾ cup pickled vegetables (daikon, carrot)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ whole cucumber, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp sriracha or chili paste

Instructions

    Slice the baguette in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.

    Spread pâté on one cut side and mayonnaise on the other.

    Drizzle sriracha over the mayonnaise side.
