- 1 whole French baguette or crusty roll
- 3 oz pâté (liver or vegetable)
- ¾ cup pickled vegetables (daikon, carrot)
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- ½ whole cucumber, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ½ tbsp sriracha or chili paste
