Ingredients
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken or cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 rolls crusty baguette or Vietnamese banh mi roll, halved lengthwise
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha or chili paste
- ¾ cup pickled carrots and daikon (from jar) or fresh cucumber, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup fresh cilantro and mint leaves
- 1 whole lime wedge
