Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups strong brewed espresso or cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¼ cup pure pumpkin puree
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    Pour espresso and ice into two tall glasses, dividing evenly.

    Add milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla to a blender.

    Blend on high for 60 seconds until foam forms and mixture is light and airy.
