Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 medium apple, cored and diced
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine oats, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and 1 tbsp maple syrup in a small baking dish.

Toss diced apple with remaining 1 tbsp maple syrup and cinnamon, then scatter over the oat mixture.

Bake uncovered for 18–20 minutes until the oats are set and the top looks slightly firm but jiggles gently when shaken.
