Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups pulled pork, cooked
  • 3 count slider buns
  • ¾ cup coleslaw (or shredded cabbage)
  • 2 tbsp chili crisp
  • 12 oz potato wedges, frozen or fresh
  • 3 tbsp barbecue sauce

Instructions

    Spread potato wedges on a sheet pan, toss with oil and salt, bake at 425°F for 12 minutes.

    While wedges bake, warm pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat with barbecue sauce, stirring occasionally, until hot and glossy, about 4 minutes.

    Toss coleslaw with a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.

    Spread chili crisp on the bottom half of each slider bun.

    Fill each bun with pulled pork, top with a small handful of coleslaw, press the top bun down gently.

    Serve sliders hot alongside the crispy wedges.
