Ingredients
- 1.5 cups pulled pork, cooked
- 3 count slider buns
- ¾ cup coleslaw (or shredded cabbage)
- 2 tbsp chili crisp
- 12 oz potato wedges, frozen or fresh
- 3 tbsp barbecue sauce

Spread potato wedges on a sheet pan, toss with oil and salt, bake at 425°F for 12 minutes.

While wedges bake, warm pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat with barbecue sauce, stirring occasionally, until hot and glossy, about 4 minutes.

Toss coleslaw with a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
