Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs cooked pulled pork
  • 9 count slider buns
  • 1 lb frozen french fries
  • 2 cups coleslaw mix (bagged)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

    Spread fries on a sheet pan. Bake at 425°F for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.

    Warm pulled pork in a skillet over medium heat with barbecue sauce, stirring occasionally, until heated through (~4 minutes).

    Toss coleslaw mix with 2 tbsp mayo and a pinch of salt. Mix until coated.

    Toast slider buns lightly in the skillet or under the broiler until warm and golden, ~2 minutes per side.

    Spread mayo and ketchup on bun bases. Layer pulled pork, then slaw on top. Cap with bun crown.
