Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs rotisserie pork (store-bought, shredded)
  • ¾ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeños (with brine)
  • ½ cup crispy fried onions
  • 2 whole limes
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions
