Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 3 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

    Blend bananas, oats, eggs, protein powder, milk, and baking powder until smooth, about 60 seconds.

    Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until foamy, about 90 seconds.

    Pour batter in 3-inch circles. Cook until bubbles form on top and edges look set, about 2 minutes.

    Flip pancakes and cook the other side until golden, about 90 seconds more.

    Warm orange juice and honey together in a small saucepan, stirring, until thickened slightly, about 2 minutes.

    Stack pancakes on a plate and pour warm orange-honey syrup over the top. Serve immediately.
