- 4 medium potatoes
- ½ cup green chutney
- 1 medium onion
- 1 whole lime
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons oil

Boil the 4 potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 20 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly, then peel and mash in a bowl.
