Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) canned diced tomatoes
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1 lb cod or halibut fillets, cut into 2-inch chunks
- ¾ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
