Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup Irish porter or stout beer
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 150 g digestive biscuits, crushed
- 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, for dusting
