Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 1.5 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin, cubed
- 8 whole wooden skewers
- 4 whole pita bread
- ¾ cup tzatziki sauce
- 2 whole tomatoes, sliced
- 1 whole red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Cut pork tenderloin into 1.5-inch cubes and place in a large zip-top bag or shallow dish.
