Ingredients

  • 4 whole flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Lay a tortilla flat. Spread 2 tbsp pizza sauce down the center, leaving 1 inch on each side.

    Top with 1/4 cup mozzarella and 2 tbsp pepperoni. Roll tightly from one end, tucking in sides.

    Repeat with remaining tortillas, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. You'll have 4 roll-ups total.

    Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 1 minute.

    Place roll-ups seam-side down in the skillet. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2 minutes per side.

    Transfer to a plate. Cool for 1 minute before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
