Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz) espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • ½ cup (4 oz) whole milk or milk of choice
  • 1.5 tablespoons pistachio butter
  • ½ tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Brew or prepare 1 cup of hot espresso or strong coffee.

    Whisk pistachio butter, honey, and salt together in a large mug until smooth.

    Pour hot espresso into the mug and stir well until pistachio mixture dissolves.

    Heat milk in a microwave or small saucepan until steaming, about 60–90 seconds.

    Pour hot milk into the mug, stirring gently. Top with a light layer of foam if desired.
