  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 wedge pineapple wedge
  • 2 whole maraschino cherry

    Fill a blender with 2 cups of ice. Pour in 3 oz white rum, 3 oz coconut cream, and 6 oz pineapple juice directly over the ice.

    Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth and slushy, with no visible ice chunks remaining. The mixture should be thick and creamy.

    Pour the blended mixture evenly into two chilled glasses, filling them three-quarters full. Top each glass with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry, and serve immediately with a straw.
