  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¾ cup roasted red pimentos, drained and chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

    Place the shredded cheddar cheese, drained and chopped pimentos, and mayonnaise into a medium bowl.

    Stir the mixture with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula, scraping down the sides and folding ingredients together until no streaks of cheese or mayo remain and the spread looks uniform and creamy.

    Sprinkle 0.25 teaspoon salt and 0.125 teaspoon black pepper over the mixture.

    Stir once more for 10 seconds until the salt and pepper are evenly distributed throughout.
