Ingredients
- 6 cups beef or vegetable broth
- 8 oz fresh rice noodles
- 2 whole star anise
- 1 whole cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp ginger, sliced
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 lime + handful herbs lime (juice) and fresh herbs (basil, cilantro, mint), chopped
