Ingredients
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 medium carrots, sliced into thin rounds
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ whole lime (juiced)
- 1 tbsp gochujang or sriracha

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and carrots, cook 4 minutes until just tender.

Add cabbage to the pot, stir, and cook 2 minutes more until all vegetables are tender-crisp.

Drain vegetables in a colander, shaking gently to remove excess water.

Whisk peanut butter, lime juice, gochujang, 3 tbsp warm water, and a pinch of salt until smooth and pourable.
