Peanut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp sriracha or red chili paste

Instructions

    Add peanut butter, lime juice, soy sauce, and honey to a bowl.

    Whisk until smooth. If too thick, add water 1 tbsp at a time until pourable.

    Stir in sriracha. Taste and adjust heat, tanginess, or sweetness as desired.
