Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (thick-cut)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 medium peaches, fresh
  • 1 cup blackberries, fresh
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. 1

Slice peaches into thin wedges, discarding the pit. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

Add peaches and blackberries to the skillet, cook for 2–3 minutes until edges soften and berries start to release juice.

  3. 3

Spread remaining 1 tbsp butter on bread. Toast in the same skillet 60–90 seconds per side until golden and crisp.

  4. 4

Mix cinnamon with 1 tsp sugar, sprinkle over warm toast. Spoon peach-blackberry mixture on top, drizzle with honey.
