Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 large egg
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp chili flakes

Cook the 8 oz pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain.

While pasta cooks, heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and 1/2 tsp chili flakes, cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with a splash of reserved pasta water. Toss to coat, then make a well in the center.

Crack 2 eggs into the well. Cook without stirring until whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat, sprinkle with 1/4 cup chopped parsley, and toss gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
